
JESSICA GANJI

Jessica Ganji started studying piano at 7 years old. She competed and won the Reflections Composition Competition at the ages of 10 and 11. During middle school, she joined the school band and served as first chair for tuba all three years. She continued piano and joined the Georgia Christian Assembly Choir in high school.
In the 7th grade, she started taking piano lessons from Dr. Dawn D. Hawk. Since studying under Dr. Dawn, she has completed seven levels of the Royal Conservatory of Music Examinations in Piano and Theory. She has also participated in numerous recitals, GMTA auditions and has performed in Hawk Music Academy's Concerto Concert for several years. Additionally, she has participated in the Federation Festival, where she has received awards in composition, completed the Level 12 (highest level) exam with a Superior rating, and also earned a 45-point cup in Piano Solo - a trophy that takes 9 years of Superior ratings to earn!
Jessica is a Communications & Computational Media major at Georgia Institute of Technology, where she spent her first semester studying abroad in France. Since coming back to Atlanta, she has been studying piano pedagogy with Dr. Dawn and continuing to work on advanced levels of Royal Conservatory examinations and certificates.
She enjoys working with and teaching young children. In her free time, she loves reading books and building legos.
